When Puneet set out to buy his first home, he envisioned a joyful and exciting process. He had the perfect one in mind and looked forward to the thrill of scouting. The reality was far from his imagination - house hunting quickly turned into a physical, emotional, and financial burden. He found himself entangled in endless research, coordination, and persistent back-and-forth with multiple people, just to discover potential houses and find basic details. When he did get to visit, the houses were yet to be built or poorly maintained, or he found himself intruding on unwelcoming tenants. He felt frustrated and confused.
Ankit and Monil’s experiences were no different — months of endless running around, fear-laden purchase decisions with little information, and grappling with hidden legal issues and costs. The common reality of their experiences was undeniable:
